• Contact details you provide — name, email, company, and anything you include in a message or booking (e.g. when you request a proof batch or book a call).
• Scheduling data if you book a call through our scheduling provider, Sprintful.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how you use the site, collected via Google Analytics (GA4).
• Engagement materials — if you become a client, the assets, briefs, and brand information you share so we can do the work. Handling of this material is also described on our Trust page.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and schedule calls.
• To deliver and improve our services to you.
• To send service-related communications. We do not send marketing or newsletter email.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Client assets and AI tooling

When you engage us, materials you share are used to deliver your engagement. We configure tooling so that, to the extent we control it, your materials are not used to train public or shared AI models. Third-party providers

We rely on third-party services to operate: website hosting, scheduling (Sprintful), analytics (Google Analytics / GA4), and email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Engagement materials are retained per your agreement and removed on request.
